We design websites in Showit. We believe Showit is the best option because it is very easy to use but still incredibly powerful. Being so intuitive, it will be a breeze for the client to edit the website in the future.

Of course! Projects can either be paid in full or split into 500$ monthly installments - with the first 500$ installment being your deposit.
Each following payment will be set up on auto-pay.
After you choose your main package and select your add-ons, we will send you a contract and an invoice, with the option to enroll in Autopay. Once you are enrolled, your card will be automatically charged 500$ every 30 days until the full amount is covered.

Website design only projects are on approval only basis. Having a logo does not mean you have a full branding suite in place. A color palette, typography suite, and an overall creative direction are essential must haves before diving into the website design phase.
Before moving forward with a web design only project, we need to approve your current branding or we can put together a quick branding suite for you.

1- COMPLETE AVAILABILITY THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT : In order to provide high-quality work and finish our project within the timeline, I will need your constant feedback and prompt response. (As business owners, we have to respect due dates in order to be able to start working with other clients that booked their spot in advance).

2- COMPLETING YOUR HOMEWORK BY THE FRIDAY BEFORE OUR START DATE.
Depending on the package you select, homework can include:
• filling out a detailed questionnaire so I can understand more about your business and your vision for the project. 
• creating a Pinterest board so we can understand your aesthetic taste - basically just saving pretty images from the internet in an album. (for brand design)
• upload your professional brand photos (for website design)
• buy your website Domain and Showit plan. (for website design)

For all this, we will guide you through every single step)

REMEMBER: It is mandatory, in order to work with us on a website design project, to have PROFESSIONAL, HIGH-QUALITY branding photos - 8 photos minimum. If you don’t have those yet, make sure to allow enough time for a photoshoot when you schedule your design start date.

1- you will fill out the application on our Contact page. We will be in touch within 24 hours and send you a link to schedule a consultation call, where we will discuss if we have everything necessary to start working together and we will choose our Design Week/s, based on the availability of both parties.

2- you will receive a Proposal document where you will be able to select your main Basic package and your Add-ons of choice, if any.

3- we will send a Contract to sign and an invoice for your Deposit, with the option to enroll in Autopay. Once the deposit is paid, a spot in our design calendar is guaranteed.

4- You will receive your own Trello page (a fantastic project management software), which touches all the points of our project including your homework, our day-by-day timeline, our daily communication, and a place where we share our design drafts and you send us feedback. Basically, this Trello page is where ALL the communication happens and where we share all the materials, because who has time for those never ending email threads where all the important info get lost? Every single information and file we exchange will be always available to you on your personal Trello page.
